Frequently Asked Questions

  1. At what time will live challenge matches be available?
    Access to the challenge match online arena will be availble one hour before the start of the match. A link will be provided on the IPT homepage.

  2. I have not received my authorization code.
    First you must give us a valid e-mail that you are able to check. Then sign in at the top of the page and click: "Resend my authorization code". Also be sure to check your Spam folder.

  3. I don’t know my login.
    Your login is your e-mail address that you registered the account with.

  4. I cannot view the videos.
    To view the videos you must be logged in. For the Monk videos you must have Windows Media player and to view all other videos you must have Flash 8 or newer. Firefox users may experience problems viewing certain videos due to disabled Active X objects.  Please either allow Windows Media plug-ins or use Internet Explorer.  We are currently working on a resolution for this issue.

  5. Do I need to register again to watch the next Live Challenge Match?
    No you will just need to login with the same e-mail and password.

  6. While watching the Live Challenge Matches if I click an Ad will it stop the video feed?
    No it will open the Ad in a new window and the video will continue to stream.

  7. When should I logon for the Live Challenge Matches?
    The Live Match page will be available 20-30 minutes before the match is scheduled to start

  8. Can I make the screen size bigger?
    No, our screen size is set because this size will give the best picture quality.

  9. I would like to advertise on your site or have interest in buying some of your products for a bulk price.
