About David Alcaide

David Alcaide resides in Málaga in the South of Spain, he is 27 years old and has been playing pool in its various forms since the age of about six. In his own country he has won everything that there is to win with 26 Spanish championships in 8 Ball and 9 ball to his name together with countless other national major tournament victories Outside of Spain he has taken part in 4 World 9 Ball Pool Championships with his best result being placed 10th in Cardiff 2001, David is currently ranked 9th in Europe and although he is yet to actually win the prestigious Eurotour, his best result to date has been 3rd. In America he has achieved success in the VNEA National Championships winning 4 times and in the BCA National Championships won the Grand Master category in 2005
