About Allison Fisher
Allison Fisher began watching snooker on television at the mere age of seven, and soon thereafter was given a one-foot table as a gift from her parents. By age twelve, Allison out grew the tiny table and moved up to a six-foot table where she practiced and joined a league the following year. Allison, under the coaching of her inspiration Frank Callan, won her first National Title at age fifteen, and her first World Title by the age of seventeen. Between the years 1983-1995, Allison won over eighty National Titles and eleven World Championships. In October 1995, Allison competed in her first WPBA Classic Tour Event and placed ninth, and placed third in her first WPA Ladies World Championship, continuing on this trend to win the 1996, 1997, and 1998 Championships. Allison was the first woman to ever accomplish this great challenge.
