About Brian Groce
Brian began playing pool at 5 years old with his dad Eddie. By time he was 16, he was clearly one of the best players in a highly competitive Indianapolis field. By the time he was 18, he was road tested from all corners of the US. Lack of funding to make a living on a pro tour always kept Brian a backroom player his entire pool career leading up to the IPT. Brian has numerous prestigious amateur titles to his name including Las Vegas BCA and VNEA victories. His match victory over Shane Van Boening in the Atlanta IPT Tour Qualifier in the finals of the winner’s bracket gained Brian his IPT card
