About Markus Juva

Marcus started playing in spring of 1989 when he was 14 years old. His competitiveness drove him to enter small tournaments and to also sharpen his skills. The more time he spent around the pool halls the more Marcus fell in love with the sport. In 1991 Marcus was part of the Gold Medal team at the Junior European Championship. Marcus had to work hard and it took 10 years to have the dream become a reality. Marcus’s first big win came in Austria in 2005. With that win Marcus saw his confidence rise.
