About Ewa Laurance
Ewa Mataya Laurance, “The Striking Viking” is originally from Sweden, but currently lives in the US. Ewa has won all of pool’s major tournaments, including the World 9-Ball Championship, the World 8-Ball Championship, the US Open 9-Ball Championship, the National 9-Ball Championship, and European Straight Pool and 9-Ball Championship. Ewa is a member of the BCA Hall of Fame, and is only the sixth woman in history to be inducted. She is a two-yime Player of the Year, and was crowned the 2005 International Trick Shot Challenge Champion. Ewa is sponsored by Brunswick Billiards and is the spokesperson for Myrtlebeachgolftrips.com. She is excited to strategize her game in 8-Ball after playing 9-Ball on tour for so long.

The International Pool Tour, or IPT, is the world leader in professional pocket billiards.
