About Brian Saleh
Brian Saleh, or “Buzzer," fell in love with billiards the first time he picked up a pool cue at age 13. After climbing the amateur ranks, he joined the UK pool tour in 1992. At the age of 24, Buzzer turned professional achieving a number 3 rank in the UK. Currently he is the Hardy and Hanson’s Professional Champion. He is an Irish Masters semi-finalist and the first international professional pool player to represent Yemen. TV appearances include a historic 9-0 whitewash of French Champion Cedric Suberville on the WEPF World Pool Championships. Quoted by many top players as having possibly the best tactical brain in the game, Saleh says, “…the U.S players will have to adjust their game to compensate for the tighter pockets whereas snooker players will settle quickly but may be disadvantaged in the area of tactics..."
